Ingredients:

  • Vaccine Mozzarella, 250g
  • 2-3 bunch of Radicchio
  • Cooked Ham in cubes, 150g
  • Sugar
  • Black olives, (without stones), 100g
  • Red wine
  • Butter,30g
  • Olive oil

Directions:

1] Prepare the dough as usual and let it rise for 1 hour, Wash and clean the Radicchio, cutting the middle hard part and chopping it in little portions.

2] Let the butter melt in a hot pan, place the Radicchio and let it cook adding a spoon of sugar and a glass of wine. after adding salt and pepper let the liquid absorb at middle heat for 15 minutes.

3] Spread the dough and divide it into 4 thin disks; top each of them with the Radicchio, cubes of cooked ham, chopped olives and mozzarella.

4] Fold each disk in a half moon shape, seal the disk pressing on the damp edges and paint the surface with oil. Place in the pre heated oven at 220c and let it cook for
